FedEx Specialist Tracked Service - from only £49. Excludes Scottish Highlands, Northern Island and Channel Islands. If you would like to ship to these areas, please contact us.

The estimated delivery time is 2-3 days.

Once you have placed an order, we will send our bike box to the seller on next day delivery. The bike will then be sent by the seller at the earliest possible collection date. It is in the sellers interest to get the bike collected as fast as possible as they do not get paid until the buyer has approved their bike.

1. We arrange collection

We send the seller our bespoke bike box and contact them to arrange a collection date.

2. Bike is collected

The bike will be collected fully built by our specialist courier. The bike will usually arrive the next working day after it has been collected.

3. Ready to ride!

Roll it out, turn the handlebars, put the pedals on. That's it, your ready to ride!* Make sure to give it a quick check over and make sure it matches the description.

Please note, shipments and collections will only take place over business days Monday-Friday. Public holidays and weekends are not included in our shipping estimates.

If you have not received an update that your bike has been collected, please contact us or email help@moose.co and we will provide you with an update.

We aim to resolve any fulfilment or delivery issues as quickly as possible to limit the impact on you.

* We strongly recommend doing a basic bolt check over the bike before riding.
